And if you're going to be the only one using the account at all, as you seem to be indicating here, then a personal 1Password account for individuals with multiple vaults, with some specifically for work, might also do the trick. I don't usually recommend using 1Password Families for work, mostly because it's not really aimed at being used in a work environment. So this will really come down to what sort of work you do and how you feel you'll be using 1Password in the future. If you don't plan on using those features, then 1Password Teams may be a better option for you at work, since it's aimed at smaller work environments. As u/djasonpenney mentions, 1Password Business comes with a lot of additional features that are aimed primarily at administration. With that said, if you're the only person using 1Password, this will really come down to what you want out of it. 1Password accounts tend to be pretty flexible, and so there's not a ton of pressure on picking the right thing right away.
